We have implemented a few changes for everyone’s safety and to comply with the current reopening restrictions, such as creating a booking system and no loose chalk (liquid chalk only). We will continue to adapt our processes as the restrictions lift and are always here if you have any questions along the way.

Our Additional Safety Measures
If you are unwell or displaying any flu symptoms, please cancel your online booking, go home & rest.
If you have any flu like symptoms, our team will play it safe and ask you to leave immediately for the safety of all gym goers.
No bookings are needed for climbing. Simply come on in!
Bookings are essential for our climb-fit classes & yoga classes to avoid overcrowding. If you do not have a booking and the class is at capacity, you may unfortunately not be able to join in.

Social distancing of 1.5m is to be maintained within the gym at all times. Please take note of all signage within the gym as reminders during your climbing session.
We have alcohol based hand sanitiser at our reception which is to be used before & after your climbing session.
There is hand soap and paper towel provided with the waste bins emptied regularly.
All equipment in the training room is to be disinfected with the spray and paper towels provided before and after use.
We ask all climbers to adhere to the signage around the gym & ask questions if you are unsure of anything.
In accordance with the Australian Institute of Sports recommendations, we are transitioning to liquid chalk only. This means no loose or powdered chalk is allowed in the gym. Please don’t bring your old chalk bag with you, it will have to wait outside.
We have plenty of liquid chalk available for purchase.
Shoe hire is still available, with all rental shoes sanitised between users (socks are compulsory). Chalk will not be available for hire.
Our team will be thoroughly cleaning all common surfaces throughout each climbing session and prior to the next commencing. This is in addition to extra measures taken when opening and closing the gym.
Sorry everyone, climbing tape will be strictly BYO and skin & nail care will need to be done while you are at home. We will still be stocking climbing tape for you to purchase.

We have moved to online bookings for our climb-fit classes and yoga classes. No bookings are needed for climbing.
In order to avoid overcrowding, classes must be booked online. If you do not have a booking and the class is at capacity, you may unfortunately not be able to join in.
Everyone – all members and casual visitors must book for a yoga or climb-fit class. We will regretfully need to turn away anybody without a booking if the class is at capacity.
All casual payments will be processed in person upon entry to the gym.
Yes. All members will still need to scan their membership tag or give our team member your name upon entry as usual.
You will be able to book in to a class up to 7 days in advance.
Yes, we encourage you to cancel your booking as soon as you realise you can no longer make it to give another person the opportunity.
If you need to change your booking, this can all be done online through your online account or calling us on (07) 5689 0606.
We ask everyone to be mindful of others and only book classes you intend to show up for.
We will be keeping track of no-shows and repeat offenders may be restricted from booking future classes.
We love spectators, but please work with us throughout the current restrictions. If we are at capacity, then we may need to ask spectators to leave to allow for paying customers.
Entry is still limited to 10 years and over.
Climbers who require supervision (under 13) will need a parent or guardian with them throughout their visit.
We would love to have you climb with us.
You will need to create a ‘non-member’ account through our bookings page which will run you through an online waiver, medical form & then finalize your booking. Please make sure your medical form is completed otherwise your booking will not save.
We also ask that you watch our online safety video prior to your first climb.
All memberships will be unfrozen on Saturday, 06 June 2020, unless confirmed otherwise.

Yoga & Climb-Fit Classes
Our yoga & climb-fit classes are back and running! Due to limitations around social distancing, bookings are essential for classes.

Each yoga and climb-fit class runs for 1 hour.
Class sizes are reduced to allow for appropriate social distancing measures.
All climb-fit classes will be capped at 10 climbers.
Weekday yoga classes will be capped at 7 yogis. Saturday morning yoga classes are capped at 20 yogis as this class is held in our main area before the gym is open to climbing.
