Our Favourite Podcast for the Curious Climbers
Podcasts are an incredible tool – especially for climbers! By eavesdropping in on conversations with professional athletes, coaches and researchers, we can begin to learn more about performance and what drives these individuals. A study by UC Berkeley in 2016, found that listening to a variety of podcasts – from research-based to narrative – can stimulate and boost multiple parts of our brains. So podcasts seem to do more than just make the day go faster. We’ve listened, and answered with our favourite podcast for climbers. Enjoy!
