Bookings are essential for all yoga, training & mobility classes due to capacity limits and limitations around social distancing. Please book a class via our bookings page.

All classes are free for members & fitness passport holders.

Classes can be attended casually with casual visit pricing applicable.

Yoga

A flowing 60 minute general yoga class specifically designed for climbers and their needs. Improve stability, flexibility, and balance while also preventing injury. All levels welcome.

Climbing Training

60 minute intense climbing workout. This class will literally take your climbing to new heights. Time includes warm up/down and stretch.

Mobility

Mobility is the ability to access a greater range of motion and apply functional loading in that position, and is just the thing every climber needs.

This class is run by our resident Exercise Physiologist, Cody Waldon, every fortnight. This Mobility Class will bring new possibilities to your climbing and movement.
