Team

We are extremely lucky to have our dedicated and friendly staff.

We consider them part of the family, particularly because some of them are. We would like to use this platform to support their personal endeavours.

Although we don’t have any positions available at the moment, we are always keeping an eye out for the passionate team members! If you think you’re the right fit for our team then we would love to hear from you.

Our Team.

Jamie Booth - Head Route Setter

Jamie Booth - Head Route Setter

Jamie is a passionate and active member of the Gold Coast climbing scene. If you don't find him training or drinking coffees in the gym he will be out somewhere at a local crag. It was this obsession that led him to design Alpine Indoor Climbing.

Kirsty Booth - Manager & Route Setter

Kirsty Booth - Manager & Route Setter

Kirsty is a people-loving, animal-hugging, coffee-addict who lives for climbing. She heard somewhere that sometimes you need to create what you want to be a part of, which led her to create Alpine Indoor Climbing.

Tascha Greisel - Alpine Team

Tascha Greisel - Alpine Team

Tasch’s huge smile and climbing psyche is contagious. You’ll find her hanging out at Alps with her pup Bandit, or working out on the MoonBoard, while making new friends and hearing her heartfelt cheers around the gym.

Peter Deegan - Coach & Route Setter

Peter Deegan - Coach & Route Setter

Pete likes pranks, the great outdoors, sharing his climbing expertise and always lifting up even the most novice of climbers with his congratulatory cheers as they push themselves one step closer to the send.

Cody Waldon - Alpine Team & Route Setter

Cody Waldon - Alpine Team & Route Setter

Cody’s always up for a laugh, a day at the crag or a training day at Alps. When he’s not climbing, he’s usually thinking about climbing or creating training programs. He is always stoked to hear about the sends and challenges climbers to be their best on and off the wall.

Tarquin Fennell - Alpine Team

Tarquin Fennell - Alpine Team

Tarqs is our young gun who climbs with style, grace and youthful strength that keeps our veteran climbers on their toes.

Vada Booth

Vada Booth

Our Bernese Mountain Dog is most at home in the mountains, but you might get lucky and see her in the gym. She's terrible at making coffees and barking beta, but she gives out the best cuddles.
